The cheek of it. My eldests school supply costumes................go back and demand a seamstress. :-D

ANY panto character?

How old is she now?

Any witch or princess costume is going to be the easiest... I'm thinking a poor cinderella or a widow twanky would be nice tho? I dunno whatever she'd like I guess xxx

Cinderella? Dress from a charity shop and tear the hem?

Puss in boots.....leggings, boots.bag on a stick for over the shoulder??

Cat from Dick Wittington ... Black tights/leggings/trousers with black long sleeved top and face paints or make a mask?

Whats the theme of the play? Pantomine charactor could be anything?! Ie do they mean any xmas panto? . Last year my son had to be a sweet and i made him into Bertie basset.

If you give me a idea of the theme etc I may be able to come up with a idea. Obviously if its general panto then cinderella would be the easiest for a girl and Aladin for a boy........

My eldest needs pantomime outfit, no suggestions given, they do take the pee, 1 week before, especially given the town we live in, which has no kids clothes shops whatsoever, the nearest is 50 miles away!!! And no fecking way am I spending £10 on bus fare to hunt round town for a costume for one night!!!Last year wasn't that bad, white t-shirt with foil stars sewn on, yeh, that was fun, but at least do-able, this year, 'pantomime characters'? The feckersShe does have her halloween costume, maybe she can go as a witch? lol

Witch would be good............she can be a character from Wizard of Oz

Does she have any dress up clothes that could be adapted...ie a princess dress could be Cinderella going to the ball or add a wand and wings and she becomes a fairy godmother.

lol @ dopey!

feel for you SS, my boys school used to drop things on us like this, we have had requests of.......chef, bouncer, paparazzi, WW1 soldier, butterfly........all very christmassy dont ya think?

Thank god they are at secondary school now and school nativity/concerts are a thing of the past!

Just thought of another one.... Green trousers and top + green paper hat= Peter Pan

One of my boys just needed black jeans and top the other is the Inn Keeper - by chance I bought the last Nativity costume when my local Woolworths shut down, yes you've guessed it - the innkeepers costume!

Our school does exactly the same year after year, one year I decided I had had enough and made a full set of costumes for the class assuming they would keep them all for next year, they didnt and still requested alternatives the year after. Seems you cant escape!!

Pirate costumes are fairly easy to get hold of so maybe Peter Pan??
