    You can serve back hand and also over arm. I have played for around 3 years and find the best way to improve my agility is to slot in a few racketball games once in a while.

    Whilst the racket and ball are a different size the ball stays in play longer and you get far longer rallies (or is that rallys?) therefore stamina increases. It takes a while to get used to the shorter racket but its worked for me.

    I am sure there are people who will disagree as it can have a negative effect on your squash technique if you get used to the racket size but I haven't found it an issue.
