How can u tell? Are you a doctor? Looks like the reflection of the flash to me. LOL

do they wear contacts?

could be the reflection of the flash on contact lenses

If you really think it is tell them because it will play on your mind if you don't, then it's up to them to take it further and quite frankly I'd be grateful for the concern either way if it was my photo whether I knew you or not.

no it wouldnt, the right eye is at a slight angle so the light wouldnt reflect straight back like it does in the left eye ( i mean her left and her right)

if anything it looks like she has a squint in her right eye...

retinoblastoma?? I remember seeing a woman on This Morning talking about spotting it in her baby pics.

I dunno, a small possibility maybe.. But Im the same as you OP, I wouldn't be able to stop thinking about it until I'd said something! Nothing to lose really, but think long and hard about what youre gonna say.. and dont email now, wait until the morning, at least its a time when she can so something about it, rather than in the evening and worry all night long till GP opening hours!

Simple answer - send them a message - It'll put you at ease, and if it turns out to be something serious, then you'll have done a good deed. If it's nothing, no harm done.

Are you sure she's Human? Could be one of those lizards that secretly rule the world.
