Peru Advice

    Hi folks
I'm hoping to go to Peru next year and was wondering if anyone else has been and which route would work out the best. I'm in Northern Ireland but suggestions from Mainland are fine. I've seen flights from Amsterdam onwards or flights to the states onwards and companies offering all inclusive flights and tours etc but just not sure about what is best so any advice would be great.
    Thanks in anticipation!

From NI myself but not going to Peru.
However, I do travel a lot and find virtual toursit site very useful.
The link for Lima stuff is here…tml

Hope you enjoy your trip and if you see any bears there hide your marmalade :-D

He he Thanks I will check it out :-D

I'd be interested in flights to Peru too, I'd like to visit a friend in Chachapoya. Last time I was checking out cheap flights to an obscure place I went to Co-op Travelcare, got them to let me know of a few routes and prices and then I had an idea of who flew from where for the cheapest prices and was able to book myself and save a few quid

I might just do the rounds of the Travel Agents on Saturday too. It's just I'm so undecided whether to make up the package myself or go to a company and let them organise all the tours even though it's a bit more expensive

am just wondering if you found anything value for money for this trip. am planning a trip to peru myself in the next few months, hopefully stay out there for a bit longer, something that may help is that internal flights and packages(in peru) are much cheaper than going for a package itself. also i think i found return flights cheapest around 550 pounds from london to usa then from there to lima
