Perx card

So I’ve been very lucky to be gifted a £50 perx card. However really struggling with using it. So far I’ve found out that I can only use it online and the amount has to £50 or under. All sites I’ve looked on don’t seem to do split payments, I can’t seem to withdraw to my bank account or add cash to it.
Does anybody do if you can purchase PayPal gift card?
