philips hue gradient mounting bracket replacements

Hi hoping someone can help I’m looking for some type of fixings like the ones supplied with the new philips hue gradient light strip I’d like a neat finish around the back of the tv & these fit the bill Perfectly unfortunately I can’t find anything like this
Any help or ideas would be appreciated
