Thanks for this, it seems my model does have the problem. I noticed a lot of calcification on mine, so much so i could not get it clean. hopefully this will sort the problem out!

I have filled in the form but have not received an email with any details. I have a reference number though.

has anyone heard anything about this?
I received descaler in the post from philips and I have just used it but not sure whether it has fully worked and if there is a problem its obviously going to happen again.

Has anyone had their senseo replaced or repaired by philips?
