do these actually make getting up easier?
i find it easier to sleep 7 hrs and get up around midday without using and alarm clock, than to sleep 9hrs and wake up in the morning using an alarm clock. So maybes light actually helps?

anyone got one of these? or other light clocks like the Lumie's

im not a morning person either, as for these helping you to wake up, my heads usually under quilt at any sign of light or noise, so probs no good for me

that is rrp. cheapest i find is £65, i remember seeing it on the gadgetshow, and he liked it when he was testing it. just wanted to know if anyone uses it regularly and find that it works.

If you get up at midday, no point in buying one

For those of us who have to be up a lot earlier.........

I bought v. expensive one an returned it within a week, gradual dawn awakening, no use whatsoever. Waking at 06.30am on a winters morning is bad enough without realising you have been conned too

don't always wake up at midday, only on a day off. need to get up at 4:50am once a week and 5:50am on another day of the week. feel absolutley knackered when i get up.

so i guess it didn't work on you.
