    placed an order with e2save and my order has been referred to network, what does this mean?

    The order is with orange and I have been told

    "We have processed your application with your chosen network. Your application
    has been referred which means that the network needs to carry out further checks
    before we are authorised to go ahead and process your connection"

    Does anyone know what they mean, I already have my husbands phone under my name on contract will this cause a problem? I am expexting a call from them so wanted to know what questions to expect?????

    That's what I thought but if there was a problem wouldn't they just reject the order:?

    No it could be they want to run further checks, it's not an instant … No it could be they want to run further checks, it's not an instant decline or acceptance but a referral, they need more time to look into it and decide it usually means, so they will wait on the outcome before rejecting the order
