Play .com returns policy

Wondering if anyone has any info on play.coms returns, i bought an ipod nano on the 1-11-07 for a xmas gift and its faulty however their website says only 28 days for return.....any clue??

Also looking for feedback on this as I recently bought a 37" Samsung LCD that had a chunk taken out of the frame around the LCD panel. Impossible to see how this could have happened as packaging intact. Posted a query in another forum and had a PM from someone who had the same issue and had real problems getting a refund. I wonder whether they send these out on purpose ...

if the items are faulty they have a legal obligation after ensuring that the faults are genuine to rectify the problem ie refund or replace i have always found to be very reasonable and the one big bonus is that you can cotact them by phone and they answer quickly so no being put on hold for ages [i also think the 28 day rule applies to if you have changed your mind unwanted gift etc much the same as argos 16 day money back guarantee - not if it is faulty then it is a year usually]

the ipod should be covered under Apple's 1 year warranty - try them instead.

I have been waiting 4 days now for a RMA number so that I can send an item back

Go to Apple say its completely borken and they'll pull out a new one.
