PLAY.com - Cust Services

I need to contact PLAY.com about an order i've not reiceved.
There site navigation is built to restrict the amont of written queries and phone calls so it'd seem.

Can anyone help me out.

The best i got was that it tells you to go to Outstanding Orders but that's not helping at all.

Play.com don't like people emailing them but you can contact them via email through: [email protected] (it is not meant for emails regarding orders but they do reply). Or you can contact them on 08458001020 / 02890921724 :thumbsup:

i've just tried it, you have to allow 21 days from dispatch beforew they will look at refund or relacement.

go to the item view details,
on bottom it says:
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days (from date of posting), but we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

* Delivery Policy
* I have not received my Play.com order

click on not received and it will say what to do next.

Sometimes when you look for something .... it's staring you right in the face...
I;ll call them tomorrow.

if you wait the 21 days then click on the right links they send you a replacement asap, they wont do alot till the 21 days are up otherwise

I use to use play.com all the time and they were really good with delivery times but a few years back i ordered an item which said it would be sent out within 48 hours, three weeks later still nothing , finally found out the item was never instock in the first place and that they had put me on a long waiting list !! not happy why not tell people whats going on instead of keeping people waiting for nothing

The Cust Service member wasn't being very obliging... he was sticking to the... "Can't claim until the 21 days period is over and from that point you've only the following 7 days to claim"
But he put me through to his manager & he was great help. I've a good order history with them over the last 3 yrs so i think that swung in my favour.
I also claimed for an item ordered before Christmas and they're resending it :-D
