I bought a Spectrum Satrlight umbrella from play.com and when it arrived it had been really badly damaged in the post, it is bent like a banana!! I phoned play, and they have sent me a returns authorisation, but I have to pay the postage to return the umbrella to them - shouldn't they be paying the postage?

They should refund your postages costs after you've sent it back to them & checked that it was actually damaged & you didn't just return it because you changed your mind

and take a photo of it, once returned they can argue that it was just an unwanted return:thumbsup:
