VLC player can play ISOs without needing to mount them.

+1 just download, install and watch

Dameon Tools or Gizmo to mount games and software images, Videolan to just play video images.

Additionally, not .iso but image related, with people using .mkv nowadays, you get the odd container file you can uncompress with winrar or 7-zip, browse through the folders to the video file and play it with Videolan.

In future just use VLC, as mentioned it can play it directly. Winrar can also open .iso's and you can extract the files.

But then she has to use media player which is rubbish.

75mb is not exactly a big file to download and install especially for VLC. Might aswell download it as it plays most video formats whereas media player doesnt.

75MB for VLC?? More like 17.
