PLEASE HELP!! WHAT'S THE BEST CARPET STAIN REMOVER?

Found 24th Jun 2010
I have just moved into my first ever flat (apart from student digs that is) and my sis has stained the living room carpet right in the middle of the floor. The flat is a new build and was already carpeted using a light beige so the stain sticks out like a sore thumb. I know i could stick a rug over it but the stain would still be there and that would bug me...

I don't want to buy anything i've never used before so was hoping that you guys might be able to guide me??

Thanks for listening and please I really do need your help.

She spilt something, one of those drinkable vitamins. You put a tablet in a glass and then add water, i hope u no what i mean. It was the orange flavour, she cleaned it and then took the hoover over it, why i don't know, so now its a dried orange stain
try lots of salt and add a little water to make a paste rub into the stain and keep there for about 20 min. wash of with warm water and hoover. hope this works

i would go with an aerosol mousse and see how you get on, rubbing it with anything can spread the problem
Try diluted white vinegar. Get a sponge and put some white vinegar on it and keep dabbing the stain then press some absorbant material against it and start the process again, will lift the stain.
