The above link is a plugin that you put your list into which will play through plex.You need to manually install it and if you have not done that before it will be confusing at first.

do you install it via the ip address via a pc?
You need to get to the plugin folder and unzip the file into that folder.
Mine show as the below path
/volume1/Plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins
Is your PMS on PC/NAS/Now tv?
