Plex - server access now "indirect" How to fix?

Reset p/w as per the Plex email and now my desktop has an "indirect" connection to the Plex server on my Synology NAS (ethernet available)

How do I fix this as it constantly cycles trying to establish a secure connection? Also my categories (films, tv, etc) keep changing from normal connections to having an orange triangle against them.

[Curiously, "remote access" was showing in settings as being available earlier but isn't now]
