Have you ever managed to get a nights refund. They state if you have a bad night sleep you don't have to pay. Stayed at many over the years always fab and spotless. Wondering what your experiences are ...

Yeah stayed in loads too and i've gotta say i slept like a dog.or was it with a dog i cant remember oO

We stay in the same one several times a year visiting family and its always been spot on. We left feedback for one of the receptionists 'cos she's always brilliant with my eldest daughter and she won an award and got a promotion. (Well we probably had nothing to do with the promotion but she did get a customer service award!)

I stayed at the Prestwich Premier Inn last year and had the best nights sleep!! Bed was mega cosy and comfy.

We stayed in the Weymouth premier inn and the bed was like a mortuary slab, complained the next morning and filled out a form. A week or so later we had a full refund no problems.

I thought cats hated dogs?

I stayed in one in plymouth, the room was above the laundry room and at 5/6 in the morning it made quite a noise, I made a passing comment on it when checking out and she offered me the refund form. I love premier inn, so much better than travelodge, never had any problems apart from the aforementioned little inconvenience.
