I'll get back to you on how big it is boxing day :w00t: it does say the 2 halfs fit into each other to store. Maybe only spend £50 on bits for her to open and put the rest of it in her bank account. You might see something later in the year that she might like, you could use the money then :?.
Make the most of being able to do that while there young they soon learn how much things cost :whistling:

Please don't take offence, but as a parent myself I think it is rather sad that you don't know what to buy your OWN child for Christmas and have ask strangers, doesn't that amount to buying present for a present's sake and make it less personal? What I'd do is spend a little more time interacting with the child rather just showering your child with gifts, maybe that's the greatest gift of all!!!

trust me it doesnt get any easier to stop buying as they get older!!!BE THANKFUL she is too young for hannah montana and hsm....

The idea I shared was to spend more time with the child, rather than spoil her (as admitted) senseless!

We got the small one of these and even my 9 year old son plays on it. They are fab toys an really well made, can hold the weight of and adult (if your tempted :giggle:) They do a larger one for 3-5yrs i think in lots of designs there called wheely bugs.

But maybe she plays with her with all the things shes buying, I think you are being a bit judgemental when you don't even know the OP

No offence taken but this child has full on one on one attention from me all day every day starting with play doh baking playing schools going to the park helping me make lunch wash up do tea have a bath etc etc ( not always in that order ) yes I understand it might seem strange to ak strangers but I'm only looking for suggestions.I work the opposite way and my children only recieve gifts on birthdays and christmas so we usually make these big occasions, guess everyones different but for me it wouldn't be christmas without all the presents.

And you also could be presumptuous (when you don't even know the OP) to think that she maybe plays with her with all the things she's buying. Touche!

Don't worry hun, nothing wrong with asking suggestions when you are stuck. Some people are just too judgemental and think they have the right to judge people from one comment, ignore it

Why not adopt an animal from a local zoo, I don't know what you get these days but you used to get free trips to the zoo to see your animal

Your right, I might be presumptuous to think she does play with her child all the time, but I didn't butt in and say that, you don't know the OP so personally should have stayed out the thread, she wasn't looking for comments like that.....

Does she like dressing up? Could maybe get some of the Disney Princess dresses, my little one loves these :-D

Please there was no harm meant by my post but charity begins at home all I asked for were suggestions and what I choose to do with our hard earned money is completely my choice If I choose to spoil my children at christmas then I will if you are in any way offended by my actions then please do not continue to read and post that my friend is your choice.

Mine's just turned 4 and if the OP's child is as forward as the OP thinks she'll have no trouble explaining about all the unfortunate people in the world who have less than we do. my child understands that and why she prays to baby Jesus every night to look after the people...
