Hi,
Just recieved an email stating the following:
''On 31 March 2021, the price of your home broadband plan will increase in line with the 0.6% Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation published in January, plus 3.9%. For example, a £26 price plan will increase by £1.17 a month.''
I know the rate of inflation is in the contract, however, with adding on an extra 3.9% i'm sure that gives me grounds to terminate the contract early?
Thanks in advance.
