Prince Edward has been denounced as foolish after appearing to aim a shotgun above his son's head.

Good practice dictates that a companion should be behind the shooter, six-year-old James Viscount Severn seems to be several feet in front and only just to the side.

Shooting instructor Mike Yardley explained: "You should never have children in front of you because the problem with children is they run around. It’s not something I would allow.

Cleverly angled photo? or plain stupidity?

Thanks for that Mike. Glad we cleared that up.

I see Muttley's dog has blacked himself up and photobombed the picture!

Maybe he was going to shoot the dog and his son is like no wait, You'll have to shoot me first.

I'd be more worried about the dog having no ear defenders on.

just a photographer trying to make a story by capturing a clever angle

Meanwhile, new 9/11 conspiracy theories emerge after a giant man is spotted in Washington.
