    Pro action sleeping bag

I have a strange request. I bought a pro action sleeping bag from argos but after using it I cannot get it back in the storage bag and it takes up so much room. Can anyone tell me how to get it back in the bag please.

lol! I fold mine in half, width ways, then roll it up as tight as possible! Its a pain and to be honest the kids are better at it than me!

Most sleeping bags are total [email protected] to get back in their bags. The best way I've found is to lay it out lengthways so that either the top or bottom is facing you and then to fold half of each each side in so that it is now a third of it's original width. ( hope this makes sense). now you should have a long thin bag. now, on your knees roll it towards the end kneeling on it to keep it as tight as possible. also make sure that the storage bag is near the end in easy reach. Stuff it in and keep pushing. Hope this helps!

Thanks I have tried sitting on it, getting the kids to sit on it while I try to get the bag on. It seems to have expanded about 4 times the original size. I have even looked for a valve to see if I could let some air out. Maybe its faulty - can you get a faulty sleeping bag???

I did that today with my sleeping bag. However, I threw neatness out the window and just shoved it back in the bag, it worked.

    thanks for that

Dont roll or fold, just try to "Stuff" it in to the bag and pack it tightly, works for me.

Secret is to make sure you keep it held tightly together from the very first roll, leaning on it to remove as much air as possible

If you think it's hard, try squeezing a parachute 4 times the size your sleeping bag into a bag half the size that your sleeping bag came in

I find that once you have rolled it as tightly as possible. You need to hold it between your legs and then slide the bag over the top..........

It does if you do it naked.............

I'm so glad I bought a nice down sleeping bag a few years ago! They are so easy to pack and compress so small compared to hollowfibre bags...

Saw they had them at Tescos the other day for £40ish (which is a very good price for a down-bag).
