Problem with Very BNPL

Hope I have posted in the right department.

So opened a Very account a few months ago and bought a Shark Hoover which was already in the sale, used a code and got even more money off. Paid it off after 2 months. Happy Days. Gone to buy a bed for the daughter and BNPL is no longer a option. Bed qualifies for BNPL and mentions it as a way of paying for the bed. Anyway I reached out to Very via Twitter and they have said because if Covid19 they have removed BNPL. There whole advert is about being able to say Yes now. Is this right?

I used bnpl last week so it’s not been stopped as far as I know
I tried yesterday and nothing is coming up. I think its because I paid a BNPL off really quickly.

Shouldn’t matter, I’ve just paid off an item 5 months early and it’s allowing me to use bnpl for the Shark Hoover
Maybe its a glitch and Very are lying to me

Have you tried all 3 options? Bnpl 6 month/bnpl 12 month and take 3?
Those options are not available, only Take 3 is?

Add it to your basket and go through the checkout, it will give you the options in the payment section
That screenshot is the last step before they add it to the account. Its asking to either pay in full or take 3.

Try a different item and see if it does the same, if it does then it’s your account as none of us are having the same problems
Yep, tried another item and it does the same. Yep I think its my account. Obvs a system glitch.
Just got this reply.

The only thing I can recommend is try every couple of days and see if it lets you again
When I was with Very they removed my BNPL option as I spent infrequently so I closed account. I use Argos now and pay off within the free period. (Guess Very don’t like not making interest)

Or Very are quite rightly expecting a high level of defaulted personal debt due to the circumstances. It seems like a sensible decision to me.
