Problem with Vodafone pay as you go order

    I purchased two LG G2 handsets online on black friday deal, the mistake I did is instead of two separate purchases, I added two phones and I was charged 310, 160 + 150, but only got one delivered, web order although is mentioned clearly showing 2 handsets and price, right after the delivery of first phone the nightmare starts, I swear never dealt with such a **** customer service, I did every thing whatever they suggest, bank transaction snapshot , web orders details, sent email to their web orders help also put the querry in the eforum (advised by CS representive), but the problem is still same, the call waiting time of this **** company is more then 1 hour, I am frustated and **** off, any advice to get my money back ??????


    Do a charge back on your card, might get helped with it by the bank if you tell them the story. Otherwise send them the invoice to pay you for the amount outstanding plus time and delivery charges, they probably wont pay but it might push them into sorting the problem out. Go on their own website and leave really bad comments without being vulgar and wait for someone to reply.

    thanks, will contact bank tomorrow, surprisingly they don't have FB for public access, like O2 or any other company which really help to sortout the problem, I already put the querry on the eforum, even sent personal message to the guy from vodafone who seems very active but in my case for far no reply (_;)
