Won't progress to next screen when clicking 'Add to Basket'
Tried with Chrome and Firefox.

Anyone else having issues today?

    Still got a problem with evri?
    Use the old Hermes website? classic.myhermes.co.uk/log…tml
    I've just used it.
    There is a notice saying the "website is closed" ignore it, the site still works and gives you a label that the collection point is happy to take.

    None of the evri promo codes work though.

    They don't seem to have a customer service telephone number anymore. There is also no longer a livechat to speak to someone.

    I think rebranding it to EVIL would have been more appropriate.

    same here. i had tried last week and ended up using royal maill. tried on my phone yesterday for a new parcel and could not book a delivery. tried on a mac today - nothing. it's like they really don't want people's money 😪

    THANK YOU! I have been trying all day to get beyond the add to basket stage on their site, using various devices and browsers and nothing worked... until this!

    After clicking the button it opened a screen like this. Are you using an ad blocker? Modals like this tend to be detected as ads or cookie screens and blocked by some of the ad blockers. Have you tried in private or incognito window?

    I'm already logged in. It doesn't work in Incognito mode in Chrome.

    I'm completely stumped.

    Exact same issue. The page just doesn't proceed and the basket will be empty. Tried it on Opera and Edge.

    I ended up using Paclink on eBay which uses EVRi. It was slightly more expensive. But I was going mad trying to contact EVRi customer services. I got through on the phone and when I got through to a human being after waiting for an hour the call disconnected.

    same issue empty basket wont progress to payment, also the APP is also pants keeps declining all of my cards

    same issue for me now, been 4 days, tried on my phone, laptop and in-store computers and none will work!. Why no message out from them so soon after the change over as well, there parcels must be drying up if no one can process!

    It's still not fixed. Have they not noticed they've stopped received orders and realised they have an issue.

    Only workaround is to use Paclink on eBay which uses EVRi. It works out slightly more expensive.

    EVRi are still denying there is an issue. They are continuing to say its an issue with my browser.

    website is a complete fail for me too. The Hermes app still works though.

    I just tried using Evri, and I came across the same issue that seems to have been going for a couple of months now. Do they not want customers?

    I have make around £90 payment fron my PayPal and bank account but no labels appeared

    Hi I had trouble with Evri as it wouldn’t accept any card I tried which was on my my app so I googled Evri again & just used it from there ….I noticed it now has a PayPal option but I continued to use my card & it worked straight away which I am pleased about as I really don’t want to use The Royal Mail.
