Problems with Snapfish

I bought some mugs before christmas from them and they never arrived, anyway I contacted them and had a reply saying they'd look into it. I contacted them twice since and no response. I contacted them again wednesday saying if they didn't refund me then I'd report them to trading standards- still nothing.
What do I do now? Anyone else had the same problem?

My mum had this problem when she ordered some free prints but my experience was completely different... ordered about 10 different things and they all turned up perfect. Consumer Direct give good advice in these situations 08454 04 05 06.

go to your bank and issue a chargeback saying that the goods where not recieved
