Programme to rip audio streamed on a website?

Anyone know of a fast and easy way to rip audio (mp3's) from a website?

try this - works on youtube http://www.video2mp3.net/index.php



that won't work as there are a few mp3's on the same page, it's on myspace

do you have 2 machines? headphone out to the line in! then use Windows sound recorder!. althought that will be wav!

I use LoopRecord but Audacity can do something similar , records anything that goes through the speakers .I have done this loads of times to get some decent tunes for my slide show background music.
