Protein drinks/powders

    I have recently been running approx 35-42 miles per week (average 7 miles 5 or 6 times a week) and started doing some weights. On the weekend I was advised to start drinking protein supplements as I appear to have lost toomuch weight.

    Can anyone recommend any good products for the powders or bars, by the way, I dont want to spend any ridiculous amounts of money.

    I take and use baobab fruit powder every day. Depending on how much you take, it could be great for what you need it for -

    dont use maximuscle - overpriced well advertised rip off. are excellent.

    eat chicken breast and eggs fill you up and just use the protein shakes sparingly

    holland&barret they always have £12.50 protein does the job fine
