Protein Shake Question...

    Is it ok for me to make a weeks worth of shake and keep it in the fridge or is it better just to make it before I leave for gym?


    I've read it should be consumed within 20 mins of making. I personally make it up as i need it.


    Ew no - i make mine with water and left longer than a day it goes really stale.Make/use when required


    Why would you need to make it up a week in advance?
