£100 Amazon Voucher for Scottish Widows life insurance

Can’t find the deal for this for love nor money, but I’ve just received my £100 Amazon Voucher by email and have applied it to my account and all is good. Thank you to the OP for this deal
I just realized all my Scottish widows emails are landing in spam folder …I just realized all my Scottish widows emails are landing in spam folder and got deleted after 30 days. I'm waiting for a voucher aswell, is there a way to contact live person in this regard?
Spoke to SW today and they're saying they don't resend them 🙃
I got it today as well. It was an offer for Lloyds and Halifax customers. Please don't forget to cancel the policy unless you actually want to keep it.

Not atrocious CS. They are having to deal with someone’s marketing decision which opportunists have taken advantage of.
We are still in a pandemic. Staff resource is stretched already and when hundreds of people try to call in to simply cancel their policy it’ll obviously hit their SLAs.

I got a letter after the first missed DD, saying they'll cancel policy if I miss three payments.
I rang to cancel a few days ago and got through to them immediately. Seems everyone is calling in today to cancel after receiving the amazon vouchers .

Also received mine and just rang scottish widow on 0345 608 0378 to cancel the insurance policy. This was super easy only took a couple of minutes. BTW cancelled the DD just in case. (edited)

Many thanks. Contacted them that I lost it and they kindly emailed me again. I would on the contrary applaud their customer service. Lady on the phone was very pleasant despite that fact that she had to probably deal with massive number of annoying phone calls on that day

I suppose youre talking about the human reps....their customer service is atrocious, which i suppose is also partly due to their IT department, the tools they've chosen to use and processes they've implemented along with poor training. No company of this size has an excuse for such sub par customer service. (edited)

I too have been waiting ages for my £100 voucher.......... Just been though all my inboxes and i found it under Promotions which came through on the 2nd Feb. Now cancelled direct debit . Cheers
I don't have it anymore but I have found it in the comments here so must be here somewhere still
We make our 5th Direct Debit tomorrow and still haven't got the email. Spoke to Scottish Widows and got passed to 6 different department and was told they don't deal with the vouchers 🙈
