Public Services Deals - List Please!

8
Found 5th Jul 2008
Prompted by the Domino's 50% thread (and my returning to the Police service after 3 years!), I'm wondering if people could add deals that they know of for Fire / Police / NHS / Armed Forces, etc.. I know there's some from Nandos and Burtons but don't know the specifics so any you know just pile them on!

Ok, one good way would be: Merchant (& location if only a local deal) / Deal / Requirement, so an example (now no longer offered as far as I know) would be:

Currys / 10% discount / Police & Police Staff ID

Please don't turn this into the moral discussion that the Domino's thread has become - just the deals please!

So obviously it seems:

Dominos / 50% discount (take out only) / NHS, Police, Fire ID card

(think that's right!)

There is a travel railcard available to Armed Forces, im certain that there will be similar for the police etc. Gets a reasonable discount off the tickets.

Oh, think it costs £10 for the railcard, but you'll make that back in your first use anyway

In the military we got them on base form the writers / logistics department and whatever the RAF calls them

I'm sure if the police force do one one you would have to get it from them, perhaps ask someone in HR
