i want a travel system, needs to be car seat compatible, one that can then be moved to an isofix base.also needs to be able to fold down with the seat attached.

a few ive got in mind:

mamas papas prametter
mamas papas switch
britax vigour
bugaboo
any experiences both good and bad be appreciated. thanks

mamas papas pramette-can only be used facing mum flat so limited imo. Also full fabics are left on the pushchair with carseat fitted on top so bulky

never used a switch but similar idea re fabrics i think-

dont you like bebeconfort?

travel systems are fab that you dont need to take baby out of car seat etc.
But you soon get fed up as the frames are heavy enough empty so when they move on to pushchair they become tiresome., heavy and some days its like i want to go out but the thought of fussing with pushchair etc

thanks! i have 2 kids already so i know ill prob retreat back to th mclaren stroller in a years time! but i need a sturdy decnt travel system. i bought the britax verve for my second son and it was crap. too small and rubbish and not stable.

most of them are...take seat off and collapse...really cba with 3 kids!

but with something like a loola its just the chassis and carseat needed? depends how much you will use it-how big your car is etc. So start with lifestyle? so many people buy cos they like the look of something and its not practical-just look how many pramettes ae for sale after baby reaches 3 months so mum can buy a stroller?

sorry i know you have kids already (just trying to help)

ur totally right. pramettes are heavy vs. mclaren and also ugly in stroller mode! i think ur right. really should allow the bugaboo as its stupid money. vigour is cheaper and wont hurt me as much when i go and buy a mclaren (my current one is messed up anyways!)

I have a Buzz and it was fab for the first 18 months, when used with just the cat seat it's soo easy to push. Once you start using the the seat unit it starts getting really heavy to get in and out of the car and to push! You can fold it with the seat unit on, but ONLY in the forward facing, upright position ! I am finally getting rid of it, as i've ordered myself the out n about nipper today, as i loved my 3 wheeler i had with my first child. I do also have a maclaren but not great for walking the dog ect.
