Just wondering, I have had two orders tracked (and validated) through quidco and its been at that status for about a month now. Does anyone know how long it takes to get paid? Considering it has been tracked and validated, does that mean I am def going to get the money or should I put an enquiry through to quido?

Any info would be much appreciated.

I am having same problems at he mo nearly £200 tracked and validated since oct/nov 2009
its getting too long now to receive money from quidco. I am thinking of going elsewhere.

It varies from seller to seller... i`m still waiting to be paid for transactions from 7 months ago. :?
(although now recieved, so expect payout shortly)

I had a query recently...e-mailed them and got this response detailing what the different status' mean and the timescales involved...

"The cashback process is broken down into several stages as detailed below (you can see your transactions go through this process in your account:

Tracked - this normally takes between 0 and 3 days from purchase and means that your purchase has been tracked but not yet validated by the retailer. There is no guarantee at this stage of cashback being paid. We will send you a confirmation email every time a purchase tracks into your account.

Tracked* - this normally takes between 0 and 3 days from purchase and means that the retailer will not explicitly validate your purchase. Unless it is declined, this will change to received status.

Validated - this can take between 30 and 120 days from purchase and means that the retailer has agreed to pay cashback.

Declined - this means that the retailer has declined your cashback and can take between 30 and 120 days from purchase.

Received - This can take up to 120 days from validation and it means that Quidco has received the cashback for your purchase. We send received earnings to your bank or PayPal account at the end of each month and you will receive them a few days later.

Paid - This means that the money has been forwarded to your bank account or PayPal account, which takes place at the end of the month we received it. Please allow up to 5 days from the date of payment for it to reach your bank account and up to 14 days to reach a PayPal account.

This whole process does vary by retailer and the time periods are an indication only - not a guarantee!"

So you can be looking at almost 240 days in total for cashback to be validated and paid to quidco...then just wait for quidco to pay you.

Its no problem, worth the wait too. Its money you wouldn't be getting otherwise, and if you're not depending on it, then whats the rush. Nice to see £200 go in in 2/3/4 months when you aint expecting it!

thanks david.... repped.... hopefully will get the money sometime in the next few months

lol warehousestock althugh that is true, the problem is that many people will buy things based on the quidco/topcashback allowance ... as the deals are not really worth buying without the added cash quidco etc give back ....

also topcashback any good? ... thinking about getting that 02 deal but will have to register with tcb first

i am still waiting for payment on something that has been validated since august.
