A new 5gb zen micro is around £150, I normally work on halves for second hand things, But as its got the headphone jack fault, I'd say its worth £50.

The headphone input might be an easy fix, Might just need re soldering onto the board.

Well creative were selling the refurbs with warranty for around £30

I think that's way too much, perhaps last year but 5GB isn't that much these days - even a brand new 8GB nano will only set you back 100 with other high quality mp3 players like the Sandisk Sansas offer 6Gb capacity for 56 quid brand new.
