    Question

At sea level, when H2O is heated to more that 100 centigrade is it water or steam?? Thanks in advance to all would be scientists.

H2O is always water, no matter what the temperature.

The boiling point of water at sea level (I atm pressure) is taken to be 100 C, so above that temp water is a gas/vapour.

    ^^^ that.
