Question about booked hotel rooms(travel lodge)

Hi! I booked 2 rooms at a travel lodge . When I booked I was asked for a name for the second room, but this has now changed.
Could this be a problem ? Do they ask for a passport and or credit card or do you simply tell them your name?

Hope someone can help!

Use them all the time as long as you are going you can explain at the desk. There wont be any problem

I sometimes take my print off confirmation email with me,but usually I get I just give my name when booking in and never been asked for anything else.
I always have my bank cards on me too, specially the 1 I have booked online with just incase.

no one has ever asked for a passport at any travelodge I have stayed in, and you can put any credit card no behind the desk, it could be you had bought as a surprise for someone

as long as the room is covered by debit/credit card it doesnt matter if jack the ripper is in it
