We have a Samsung Oven that came with a 5 year extended warranty, which expired 2 months ago.

In December last year, we had an issue with the LED display on the oven, and they came out to repair it under that warranty. We now have the exact same fault, in the exact same area.

What would be our options? Can we contact Samsung again and try to claim under the expired warranty as it is a fault they have already attempted to correct, or would we have to pay for it to be fixed?
