Question about returning an item.

Hello everyone, quick question before I contact the company I ordered from. I was sent a faulty item, the seller agreed to refund me and provided a free returns label, the refund has gone into my bank today but they haven't refunded the original £5.99 postage. Is this right? I'm assuming not as they provided faulty goods but wanted to check before I contact them.

thanks!

They should refund it. You should be back in exactly the same place financially as you were before the transaction started.
Agreed. The contract was to supply you with goods to the address. Not goods ex stock. The P&P would only remain payable if they were re-sending you new goods.
Thanks both! I'll contact them later.
It all depends, if the whole order was returned then yes however if it was part of a bigger order then no.
