Question about Selling to Cex Online

I have a numberof the same item to sell on Cex. The website mentions there's a maximum of 9 per unit, but someone mentioned that it's actually less then that.

I just wanted to know if anyone has had experience selling to the website and I would just like some feedback before I go ahead with it.

don't do it. they are notorious, take them to a shop if you can else don't bother, they will only give you a voucher for instore anyway you cannot use the vouchers online and they will most likely say your stuff is broken and never return it or give you credit.
please don't sell to them online you will loose out.

When I registered to sell my stuff they had the option of paying by credit card which I ticked. Are you saying they ignore this and still send vouchers?

I think it is a risk to sell them things online. Try to sell in their shops.

Do they give cash out in shops?

If they've got it. There is a chance they'll be "low on cash".

I've never had a problem selling things online to them. Almost always get paid into my account a maximum of 10 days later (one time took around a month though). I've sold multiple of the same item before and it's been fine. Just make sure you use a trackable method of sending the items or get insurance on the package.

I've had mixed experiences in CeX shops. The Bromley store has never had any cash when I want to sell my items while the Uxbridge store has always had cash available.

I'll pop down to the store tomorrow morning to see if they give me cash, if they won't I'll send it to them via Special Delivery

yeah, i asked for it to go into my account also but they still sent me a useless voucher.

Why would you rather send than nip down to the shop then if there is one near you? Beyond me.
