Bought a contract phone from the phonespot through quido 3 years ago. The transaction was originally declined but they paid up 10 months later after I raised an enquiry/ticket. The following year when my contract ended, I bought another contract phone through e2save (which are the same company as thephonespot) and they paid up 3 months later with no problems.

i bought this modem but quidco track this as PAYG and not 15 gbp :(( only 2,5gbp should i make complain, quidco site shows ?

£30 for a valid completed application for a mobile phone. Commission is paid on a per-order basis.
    £2.50 for PAYG
    £5 for SIM only
    £15 for USB modem

Absolutely. Submit an earnings enquiry. It's not like you have anything to lose and the Quidco team are usually quite helpful, but it can take a long while to resolve.
    Good luck.
