I can't find the punch line, I hate jokes like that.

Spammed!! Inciting arguments. :-D

The girls because its her right to do as she chooses

The girls because she knows what she wants and has eventually told him how she feels.

If they are true friends the bloke will back away a little and things might blossom in the long run.

and I'm a bloke the last time I looked ;-)

Girls....

but if she realised she should have said something sooner rather than hope it would go away

Neither. There are no sides.
The bloke has told the girl how he feels, its not his fault if he feels he can't just be friends. He's been honest with her.
The girl has been honest and explained that she doesn't want their friendship to go any further.
He'll just have to respect her decision and keep as friends or call it a day.

yer why would you want to be with someone who doesnt want you -shed marry you then rob you in the divorce

p.s cassie is that panda spanking himself/herself at the end of the animation

The guy has made some pretty innocuous advances and explained his feelings being truthful, now the girl should reciprocate by also telling the truth, and also could have nipped it in the bud by saying something earlier, really.

Boys side, but there's a twist so I'm probably wrong.

Nope, no advice needed ducky. Thanks for asking though :).
Just curious as to what people will say. If I did have any relationship problems then an internet forum would be the last place I would go for help. Would only come here if I was truly desperate.

That's my point of view as a male. I'm not having a dig at people and saying that those who look for advice are desperate, for all I know they may get good advice from the internet. But personally, if I ever did come to hukd for relationship advice then I would consider myself as desperate.

I can't say that I think that there are sides really - just two people working through the relationship that they will have with each other.
But you have said please, so I'll go for the girl - she has explained to him that she wants to stay platonic (might be significant!!) friends and he has responded negatively.

the girl is a lesbian! oops spoiler

Alright, i'll make this easier. I can't be bothered to wait for tomorrow lol.

Does anybody go for the guys side. Or does everybody go for the girl (or neither)....?

The girls side as its her wishes and should be respected!

The girl, she must be true to herself. Feel sorry for the guy though, shame he can't make a go of being friends - unless he's old enough to be her "uncle"? Well, you said there was a twist.

yes tell me the suspense is killing meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I'll give it about another 20mins... See if anybody does pick the guy.

Oh, and there is no right or wrong answer.

I'm guessing dandoc is on the boys' side!! And alfonse is too. So, you have folks on each side and some on the fence too.

Whose side would you pick now....?

I want to say BOTH - but I know I can't. The guy, he needs to be true to himself (said that before....). The girl, if she's having a hard time, will want affection and someone to turn to, so he needs to set her straight and say he'll still be her friend.

Would you seriously pick the guys side?
Most people still say the girls side when they hear this part? :?

Definately! Anybody get can their wires crossed, mixed signals etc - as long as the truth comes out (I detest lying), it maybe painful for her for a while, but she's still got a friend - even if she does feel a bit embarrassed.
