Quick Question about Graphics Cards

Right, I'm just about to build my first PC...

I am looking to buy a ATI Radeon HD 5770 Card.

Now I can get the MSI version or the Gigabyte version for about the same price.

Which is better? Do you think that, since I have a Gigabyte Mobo, it would be wiser to get a matching GPU to ensure better compatability? the MSI one looks like it has a bigger fan so I suppose that's a plus??

Any advise is much appreciated!

Warranty, alternative cooling solutions, software. These are the main things that seperate different brands of the same graphics card. I generally speaking just get the cheapest
