Quick tonic.

MAy be a little random and no doubt I will get sarcastic comments but hey ho don't we all on most things posted. After been ill this year I wanted to look nice for once at Christmas time how ever this time of year doesn't do me any favours. Are there any good deals out there on tonic's or any that have worked for you?

Really depends on what you've been ill with, but if you're looking for an actual 'tonic', Floradix is a good one to try: hollandandbarrett.com/sho…ix/

why? Nothing has been said about depression.

Ask the doctor to check your vitamins B12 and D, I was ill for a long time and had problems getting "right" afterwards when they checked mine were really low.

manuka honey and lemon juice is good as it helps vitamin c also natural yogurt helps balance essential bacteria.

Hi I always find 'metatone' works very well for me. I suffer with ms and I take it sometimes if i get really run down and it seems to do the job for me.. Hope you find this helps and that your feeling better very soon.

But why? (Im curious)

If you're run down, it's been suggested that sunlight and a fresh air walk is really good for you. I know it's hard this time of year, but they say if you can get some sun on your skin it'll really benefit your general feeling of well being. A brisk walk will get any sluggish systems boosted.

If you're on any other meds, I would check with a pharmacist if any tonic will interact. Holland & Barratt do have a reference guide for their products, but not sure how comprehensive it is, but at least make sure they check it for you.

Edit: Sunlight on skin is how we make vitamin D.

Been confined to four walls would make me worse! Roll on Spring hey! Thank you.Edit: Sunlight on skin is how we make vitamin D.

What ailment are you trying to resolve?

Thank you, have had a look it looks like just the thing I'm after. Now it's a toss up between that and 'Floradix' which some body posted earlier. Not sure which one I would benefit from most?
