Quick Virgin Mobile Question?

    I have a Virgin PAYG phone and looking at my online billing I can see the following coming up at least twice a day!!

    * Accessing other sites
    * WAP Chat

    I ONLY use my phone for calls and texts so why would this be coming up?? Its really annoying me


    Call them on 789 and ask, it costs 10p. Or e-mail them, but it will take up to 24 hours for them to respond.

    i have emailed them a couple of times in the last week and if its in work hours they have called me within 5 minutes.. very good cs
