Yes got email but its not on there, nor is it on their website. Even called them up, but they said there is no sales reference number given :?...why are quidco asking for this?

perhaps email quidco back and ask what they mean by it...or just ask them where you can find it??

Had the exact same thing with Littlewoods (same group).Called them up twice and got a very puzzled response.Apparently they don't even use them. Also emailed them and got the same.I forwarded their response to Quidco as part of the enquiry and they paid out ok.

I would, yes.I just copied their response into the quidco enquiry, including the reps name that sent it- just incase they need to check.

I had this too but with Marshall Ward and they said they have no affiliation with Quidco who in turn assured me they did. After to-ing and fro-ing for weeks Quidco closed the claim, it was £18 too so wasn't best pleased. Keep on at them and good luck, seems like its a common occurrance :x

Im also having this problem with additionsdirect - to the point its hardly worth all the p***ing about for £3.00!!
