Bonus stolen.
And cashback I have been waiting for months they say 60 days but you might never see it. They used to be great now they are just liars.

Typical of a chat that! They are a disgrace!

They use to be great and customer services was A*. Now they wont pay out on anything.

Been waiting 17 months for 59p from superdrug, not too fussed on 59p but i just wanted to see what they said. Emailed them & they replied ‘sorry this is taking long, we have a payment team chasing payments blah blah blah’

How long do they expect me to wait?!

...and according to twitter they have just won the award for the best cashback site. OMG
Yep sometime ago bought an item and never got cashback from them . Have not them since always use Top cashback.

Just because something tracks doesn’t mean you have bought it, if it did I would be owed a fortune, saying that they have paid out a fortune over the years for items I never paid for.

Hate to be realistic but "cashback should never be relied upon " - so many various reasons that it can be declined even when tracked . Having said that I find TCB more reliable than Quidco for actually obtaining the cashback .

In the activity the last status at 17 october "Good news! Your claim has been approved and we’re just waiting for the payment to arrive within the next 60 days so that we can confirm this for you.".

They had better change that to "Good news! Your claim has been approved and when the retailer feels like paying, if at all. we might pay you. But until then we won't chase the retailer at all nor pay from our own pocket like TopCashback does. So enjoy the long wait for potentially nothing. Cheers."

I spent over a hundred pound with Argos for the £10 bonus they offered and it doesn't track and my claim was then declined, I don't even bother with them at all anymore.
Save youself the greif and just use Topcahsback.

With you on this. I never had any issues with TCB and when I once did they paid out of their own pocket so I didn't lose out. . Think I am upto 2k with quidco / premium member but they couldn't care less.

I have 4 bonuses tracked and i always check if i have been payed altho i didn't make a purchase
I was on my first year with quidco i realised they were a con when they declined my £100 Three cashback then i spoke to them and then I'm offered the £100

We are now addicted to this app and cashbacks

Yeah I prefer cheap prices or discount codes not all this nonsense. If cashback is this much of a gamble why isn't it regulated by the gaming commission like bookies, casinos and all other rackets?

So they haven't been that bad then.
These bonus deals always fail to track for me, funny how other purchases track without a problem. I’ve given up accepting them as it’s better to get something rather than nothing.
I've moved to Boom25 for anything they offer in therms of retailers.
At least you get 50p if you lose and if you win, the lot back. only had one win though in 15 transactions....
Quidco seems to not give a hoot anymore and this has take far too long to confirm. Not like they used to be.

I think the last year 2 years has really deteriorated, service is bad now too. So I use TCB now in future.
Keep chasing them. I have success using support via twitter. I make my own records as I wont remember what I did last week let alone in 4 months. What the rate was. This changes quite often and chances are you wont get it tracked at that rate.
All the "it will track at lower rate and we will update later" doesn't always happen.

Personally, I have had just 1 decline with Quidco over 16p GoGroupie cashback. Gogroupie lied that I had
cancelled my order when I didn't.
Quidco went downhill years ago they have ripped everyone off! switch to topcashback and move on!
I just made a £43 order with NHL International Shop only for it to be tracked as a £28 with Wimbledon Shop. Work that one out!
Recently had 2 bonus cashbacks declined as

"Unfortunately your cashback has been declined. We're sorry to tell you that this retailer does not accept cashback claims, so we're unable to investigate this further for you."

Funny that as they were with Boots and Argos, both are still advertised prominently on the quidco site so yeah I would say the title of this discussion is bang on.
The major issue is that no one except Quidco (or any other cashback business - and it is a business don't forget) knows when or if a retailer pays them the cashback. Or if, when they do, they actually pay it back.
How easy it is to say 'we haven't had the cash from the retailer' # Kching or 'sorry your cashback has been declined' #K'ching, when the money is in the bank! Hear those tills ring.....

I've noticed a decline in service as well. I could have sworn quidco were miles better than topcashback a few years ago. Tcb rates are generally better than quidcos but quidcos customer service was better. I have bonuses from November which are still to be confirmed never mind reaching payment.

I'd stick to topcashback for now. Paid out £40 carphone warehouse within a month of purchasing can't fault them.

Aren't they owned by or invested in by someone related to hukd? Or did I dream that.
I recently got paid out £85 for some business insurance I took out with AXA. It does take a while to pay out but i've noticed regularly chasing them up (callbacks, messaging) helps a lot.
To be fair I've just checked my Quidco account and it has tracked then declined multiple bonus offers that I've opted into and then not used. The one's that I've used are still tracked as the cashback from the purchase hasn't come through yet (three months later...).

Seems a ridiculous way of doing it...

Just put a review in on trustpilot liars and cheating scumbags. Have 4x £2.50 bonuses been waiting months, tracked immediately. Now one declined. Theiving lying scumbags!!

But when Quidco have got your cashback from a retailer but then dont pass it on to you and just claim YOU did something wrong is very unfair.
