Quidco Sky Broadband: not customer in last 12 months

It's kind of time to start looking for a new broadband deal. My current contract was connected by an engineer on 11.January. Until 22.December 2016 my ex was customer with Sky at a different address, but it ran via my bank account (was super difficult to cancel as I was not the contract holder and ex decided to not be available). I consider Sky again from 12. January and there's an interesting deal at the moment with £60 cashback via Quidco. Plus a $50 creditcard from Sky.

Rules are:
"Cashback is not payable if you have been a customer with Sky within the last 12 months"

Ok, so what will likely happen if I sign up here now? Name is different, address is different. Bank account the same. Contract will start about 3 weeks after the 12 months period has passed.
