Quidco tracking

I have an item that has been tracked in Quidco since May but not confirmed. When I look at raising a claim or the online help because of the fact that it has tracked it appears that there is nothing I can do and Quidco are ‘chasing this’ for me. Is there actually anything I can do to prompt Quidco or is it likely to be a lost cause ?

Actually managed to find online chat and they’ve payed the cash back from their own funds and will pursue with the retailer .... happy days
Was it Tesco? They are really slow at confirming
