Range Master 55CM Gas Oven broken, need advice or suggestions.

Unfortunately after Twenty years our Range Master 55 Gas Oven has finally broken down. Since purchase the oven was repaired in 2008, but then worked without fault until now. The issue is either repair the Oven Knob, the internal mechanical valve seized or broken (tried using WD40 without luck) or purchase a new Gas Oven?

Currently there is only Stoves (too expensive), Belling (unavailable) and Zanussi £589 that produce 55cm Gas Cookers in Black. Just wondering if to either purchase a smaller 50cm Gas Cooker, get an engineer to fix the internal valve (if a new or used piece is available) and will probably cost £200. Also installation what is cost involved (Co-Vid 19 safe distancing rules as well)?

Any further advice would be appreciated

Thank You.

Get it repaired, new ovens are nowhere near the quality of the old rangemasters
