Rear Dew Claw removal on adult dog - cost? (Yorkshire Terrier)

My 5 year old Yorkie occasionally gets his floppy dew claws caught up in his collar, or entangled around each other.

This isn't for "aesthetic" purposes so I am assuming a Veterinarian would agree that surgery is necessary - but what is the cost for such a thing?

Based in Essex if that makes any difference.
