receiveing a replacement and keeping the original faulty product

this happened to me recently, asked for the product with an undamaged box, received a replacement as expected. Question is when will the company who sent me this ask for their product back. The order was online. It has been 2 weeks since the original order was replaced and have so far not received any communication from them.

An unknown product from an unknown company... even if known I can't see how anyone would know as to when they would ask for the item back.
Why not just email the company and request a postage paid label.
depends on the value, cost of shipping and business practises of the retailer

speak to them and ask
If you leave it by the cash machine outside Morrisons at 8pm tomorrow it'll be collected no problem.
